Welcome to Mindy Kerr Coaching (under Kerr Island Holdings, LLC). By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with our communications (including email and SMS), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Mindy Kerr Coaching provides Enneagram-based workshops, consulting, and coaching for individuals and organizations. All content and services are designed for personal and professional development and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment for all services—including workshops, coaching sessions, consulting retainers, or digital offerings—is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session or event.

If Mindy Kerr Coaching reschedules a session or workshop, clients will receive new date options or a full refund.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session by using the reschedule link in their confirmation email or contacting info@mkcoenneagram.com.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information, assessment results, and coaching conversations are treated as confidential. Mindy Kerr Coaching will not share or disclose information to third parties without written consent, except when required by law.

5. Communication & Consent

By subscribing to our communications via email or SMS through Mailchimp or other platforms, you consent to receive updates, event reminders, and occasional marketing messages from Mindy Kerr Coaching.

You may opt out at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in emails or replying STOP to text messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, assessments, presentations, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Mindy Kerr Coaching (under Kerr Island Holdings, LLC). Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mindy Kerr Coaching and Kerr Island Holdings, LLC are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services. Participation in coaching or workshops is voluntary, and clients assume responsibility for their own personal and professional outcomes.

8. Privacy & Data

All personal information is managed according to our Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy, which describe how data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Governing Law
