Breaking Through the Noise: Why I Refuse to Be Another Recycled Business Coach

The Heart Behind What I Do — and Why It’s Different

I was catching up with a colleague of mine recently — someone who works heavily with HR professionals, leaders, and development teams.

And in the middle of our conversation, he said something that stopped me in my tracks:

“Most business coaches aren’t really coaching anymore. They’re just rehashing whatever someone else told them.”

And I felt that.

Because that’s exactly what it feels like right now.

The coaching world is saturated with copy-and-paste frameworks, templated advice, and polished scripts that sound inspirational…

but don’t actually change people.

There’s a lot of noise.

A lot of recycled information.

A lot of “content.”

But not a lot of transformation.

And I’ve said this before — I am not trying to be another voice in the coaching echo chamber.

I’m not here to mimic the gurus, repeat what the “experts” say, or package the same three leadership phrases everyone else is posting.

I’m here because this work is personal.

Deeply personal.

Why I Don’t Coach Like Everyone Else

I’m not teaching from a script someone handed me.

I’m teaching from a life lived.

From years of watching team dynamics shift when people finally understand each other.

From sitting with leaders who carry the weight of everyone’s expectations and never feel like they’re enough.

From walking with people who have been misunderstood, overlooked, burned out, or boxed in.

From my own journey of learning why I react the way I do, why certain people trigger me, and why awareness is the gateway to freedom.

I don’t coach theory.

I coach humanity.

And humanity isn’t one-size-fits-all.

The Enneagram Isn’t a Personality Quiz — It’s a Mirror

People think the Enneagram is just another personality tool.

It’s not.

It’s not a trend.

It’s not a gimmick.

It’s not a cute way to label people.

The Enneagram reveals your motivation — the “why” behind your patterns.

It exposes the things you’ve avoided looking at for years.

It uncovers the emotional survival strategies you’ve relied on since childhood.

It shows you what you run from, what you move toward, and what you believe keeps you safe.

That’s not business coaching.

That’s transformation.

And transformation changes everything:

your work, your leadership, your marriage, your parenting, your friendships, your faith, your identity.

What I Want People to Understand

I’m not trying to impress people.

I’m not trying to sound like everyone else.

And I’m definitely not trying to sell the illusion of success.

I want people and companies to understand that what I do:

  • heals communication
  • strengthens teams
  • reveals blindspots
  • breaks patterns
  • restores trust
  • deepens relationships
  • liberates people from the version of themselves they’ve had to perform their whole lives

This isn’t a program.

It’s not a “framework.”

It’s not another “high-performance tactic.”

This is soul work.

It’s leadership work.

It’s human work.

And the fruit of it shows up everywhere — in boardrooms, bedrooms, team meetings, conflict moments, hard conversations, and the quiet places where people decide whether to stay or walk away.

And Honestly… I’m Tired of “Coaches for Coaches”

Can I be really honest for a moment?

Lately, almost all of my social media ads are “coaches for coaches.”

Programs teaching coaches how to sell to other coaches.

Funnels teaching coaches how to recruit more coaches.

Courses teaching coaches how to charge more, market more, automate more…

And I catch myself thinking:

Is anything genuine anymore?

Is anyone actually coaching people — or are we all just coaching each other in a giant loop?

It feels like an industry built on selling the idea of success rather than helping people actually grow.

There is a place for marketing support.

There is a place for business strategy.

But I refuse to get caught in the cycle of selling templates instead of transformation.

Because people don’t need more noise.

They need clarity.

Honesty.

Understanding.

Self-awareness.

Real breakthrough.

And that is not something you can learn from a sales funnel.

Why I’ll Never Coach From Scripts

I coach from presence.

From discernment.

From the Holy Spirit.

From understanding how people are wired — and why they struggle the way they do.

If I wanted to be a motivational speaker, I could do that.

If I wanted to be another voice selling confidence hacks and leadership formulas, I could do that too.

But that’s not my calling.

My calling is to help people see themselves clearly — sometimes for the first time in their lives.

My calling is to help teams finally understand each other.

My calling is to help leaders stop unintentionally hurting the people they care about.

My calling is to bring peace where there has been chaos, clarity where there has been confusion, and honesty where there has been avoidance.

This work is sacred.

And it deserves more than copy-and-paste coaching.

For Those Who Are Ready to Grow

I don’t coach people who want shortcuts.

I coach people who want change.

People who want to understand themselves and others.

People who want healthier relationships.

People who want to lead from humility and clarity.

People who are tired of the noise and craving something real.

Because when you’re ready for real transformation, surface-level coaching isn’t enough.

You need someone who sees beyond your behavior and into your motivation — someone who knows how to guide you there safely and honestly.

That’s the work I do.

And I won’t apologize for being different.

Closing Call to Action
