Leadership Insight Session

You’ve discovered your leadership pattern.

Now let’s take a closer look at what it means.

The Leadership Insight Session is a guided review of your assessment results designed to clarify the deeper motivations shaping how you lead.

During this session, we will explore your likely Enneagram structure, the leadership dynamics connected to that structure, and several emerging blind spots that may be influencing how you make decisions, communicate, and lead your team.

The goal is not to solve everything in one conversation, but to provide a clear understanding of the patterns shaping your leadership so you can determine the best next step for your growth.
